Generally, there are three kinds of zirconia beads according to different zirconia content:
Zirconia Ceramic Beads,60-66% zirconia,which is used for blasting media
65 zirconia beads, Min 65% zirconia,which is used for grinding media
95 zirconia beads,Min 95% zirconia, which is also used for grinding media
Here we mianly introduce the first zirconia ceramic beads,it is the fusion of zircounium sand,
fused and made in to different micro beads through special process.

3. Product Features of Zirconia Blasting Media Ceramic Beads
High Hardness and light weight
when a large number of projectiles are sprayed onto the treatment surface,then it will be formed one
strong plastic deformation on the treatment suface and finally occurs a certain thickness of clod hardened
layer,also called the surface strengthening layer to improve the fatigue strength of treatment under high
temperature and high humidity.
